Construction Details:

Bought a blazer, tailored it to fit me, and then did all that yellow bias tape trim BY HAND. Ow... My fingers hurt for days. I made the skirt with no pattern, just sort of went by the seat of my pants, and hey, it turned out alright. I will probably make it out of cotton proper sometime, though. Until then, it works fine. The tie is the same material. It clips with a ribbon. We used a weird stencil technique involving tape and paint to do the insignia on the tie and the blazer. The oxford shirt I already had, I just put a trim of black bias tape on it.
The wig is the same one from my Yui cosplay.
