Construction Details:

This was a pretty quick throw-together costume. I purchased the stockings as-is. The dress is made out of black casa crepe, with trim bought in NYC (FINALLY found the right red ruffles!). The pink trim at the neckline was hand-dyed by me to match the magenta of the waistband, which was made from extra pink fabric from my first Rose Lalonde cosplay. The skirt is separate from the shirt. I also purchased a red petticoat to give some volume. I had fun hand-constructing the decorations on the tiny hat, as well as the necklace. I bought a bunch of random jewelry and borrowed my little brother's electric guitar, on which I kept plinking out the bassline to D CITY ROCK during my freezing-cold shoot with mostflogged out in the snow LOL
