Construction Details:

I bought a $6 blue dress from Savers, then cut the length and hemmed it in the hotel room using fabric tape and stitch witchery the afternoon before this shoot. Shiva lent me the wig and I used the boots from my Rose Tyler costume.

Personal Thoughts:

I might make this more accurate some day. Probably not.
