Construction Details:

Made for Dragoncon 2011.
Used a jacket pattern for the top. Bought a hat at the costume store, re-covered it in my own fabric. Made the skirt and belt. Bought blank yellow patches and embroidered the symbol on.
Replaced all the black buttons with gold buttons in 2013.
