Petticoats! These were fairly simple to make for me, because I've been doing a lot of gathering and circle skirts lately. Made everything but the boots including petticoats. :3
- Personal Thoughts:
- Ahhh the fairy costumes. I would have fonder memories of them if the hallways at Portcon were a bit wider! Our wings kept taking people out. ﾟДﾟ Anyway. I had fun being a sparkly poof ball.
