Silent Hill round 2!!! This was another thrifted costume. I bought the boots from amiclubwear back when we were working on our first Silent Hill cosplay; I wanted to cosplay as Heather even back then. I already owned the skirt, found the vest long before I needed it, and found a white knit sleeveless, turtleneck around the same time I got the vest. The sweater was dyed with Rit dye.
