Construction Details:

For about a year, I wanted to cosplay Baby Doll. I didnt allow my disappointment in the actual film to stop me from completing the costume. The wig was a random find on eBay. I simply put it in pigtails. The top was easy to make from a modified pattern and the sailor collar was made using God Save the Queen's tutorial. The skirt was made using burdaonline.com's box pleat pattern. Its a wrap around skirt and fastens in the front near the slit. The sword (which still needs a hilt) was a wooden bokken that I used for a costume years ago (Hiyori). I painted the designs on it by hand. ***NEW PHOTOS WERE TAKEN BY PROJECT K AT DRAGON*CON 2011*
