Construction Details:

Made for Emerald City ComiCon 2011.

Made a bodice out of green cotton and spandex, alternating the shiny and matte side between pieces. Side front panels I made a large ribbed section out of the same green spandex, and the side panels were green metallic fish-scale fabric.
The skirt pieces were the same fish-scale fabric, just heat-bonded onto a cotton backing. The pieces all attach to the green vinyl belt. The gloves are also green vinyl.
The boots/pants I made out of black matte spandex. My husband cut the green circles out for me (he's got a steadier hand!) and I stitched them all into place.
The tiara is heat-formed plastic.
