About this Costume

The jacket was bought from goodwill and altered at the sleeves and the patch was made from felt. The tie was bought online and the skirt was made from a cheerleading pattern and I added lace to the bottom. The white shirt I had and then the hat I made by first having a donut like shape and a circle and sewing them together. I added a little bit of stuffing on the inside to make it not as flat.
