Construction Details:

I found some old khaki pants in my closet and also found a long sleeve black turtle neck at a thrift store. I altered the short to my body type; added details to both the pants and shirt, made the scarf from scratch (heat n bonded 169 yellow square totall on the green base of the scarf), made boot covers for the roller blades, picked up some cheap black gloves and cut them to be fingerless, added blue lines, and finally bought some arm pads and spray painted them grey.
