The dress and apron are cotton and a poly/cotton blend. I wanted to make it as accurate to the artwork as possible (which is how I usually play things), but since I'm planning on transforming this into a different cosplay in a few months, I tried for an easy in-between them, so it's not 100% accurate to either, but close enough!
The broom is made of raffia and a dowel rod. I'm rather proud of it. XD
