Construction Details:

This costume was one that I was planning for quite awhile, and I finally got around to making it (as well as my friend's Okita costume). I'm most proud of my bun covers for this one since it was a bit out of the ordinary in terms of what I've done in the past. I constructed them out of sculpey over a half of a styrofoam ball that I used as a base. I made little holes in the center for the tassels (that I also made) to slip through and attached them with large bobby pins. I love cosplaying as Kagura; she's such a fun character. I like getting to make silly faces.
