Construction Details:

Bulma was realativly easy. The hardest part was simply adjusting the pattern to look how I wanted it, and that really wasn't all that hard either.
The scarf I found at the store, the socks are just good ol' volleyball socks, and the shoes I commissioned from TechnoRanma on Deviant art.
I got my wig off of E-bay and had my regular hair stylist help me cut and style it.
