Construction Details:

Lots of chiffon, satin, beads, and crystals went into this one. Let me just say, making fuzzy trim from chiffon is very tedious. There is hand beading and thread painting, as well as painted lace. Took lots of searching to find the right type of beads for this outfit and then even they had to be painted. I created snowflake stencils for the skirt.
