Construction Details:

Bodice is a slightly modified corset pattern, bottoms are from a HEAVILY modified swimsuit pattern. The armor is made using thick, iron-on pellon and gold metallic spandex. The bracers are made using silver scrapbook paper, but I never did figure out how to make it easy to take them on and off, so when they're on, they're ON.

Personal Thoughts:

So I made this costume for SDCC in a TOTAL rush (it was right around the time that I was finishing a commission I started in April, which was a TERRIBLE idea) and it looked like crap. I remade the armor (and got a new wig) for Dragon*con and it looked much better, except, ironically, I hardly found any good pictures. So you have a mixture of both! Fail armor vs. decent armor.
