Construction Details:: I pounded this dress out in one night before my first SDCC. Journal was made by Ahsokatweeto, who is also the 11th Doctor in these photos.
Personal Thoughts:: I got super into Doctor Who in 2010 (like everyone that year) and fell mega hard for River and her story, even if everything from Season 6 onward made me want to take a nap for a thousand years.
