Construction Details:

I fell in love with Miku after seeing a few of her PVs up on YouTube and decided I simply had to make this costume. The shirt in the photos is the second version, after botching the first shirt horribly somehow. The skirt and sleeves are pleather, and the "electronic" details were drawn in Adobe Illustrator, printed onto photo paper, and sewn onto the costume. The shoes were purchased from Payless Shoes and painted along the rims. Since these photos were taken I have created a new, better set of earphones and ponytail... things. I hope to constantly improve this costume eventually by adding LEDs to the skirt, earphones and sleeves.
