Personal Thoughts:

I was planning a small get together with cosplay friends and my annual summer photoshoot, which happened on July 31st at Memorial Park, Cupertino CA. It was a choice between rush finishing Lion Sheryl which would not have been good or well done, or sundress Asuka which would be MUCH more comfortable and cute for summer weather. Asuka was chosen, haha. Yellow dress bought from cosplay.com marketplace from Cage no Chou. Original dress was from H&M. Added yellow bows, shortened the skirt a LOT, painted my heels red, made sync clips out of clay for free instead of buying the $25 official ones geez, and everything else was painted ribbon. I've loved NGE since I first saw it back in 1999, and it is a classic. I'm so glad I got a chance to cosplay my favorite character from it, Asuka! This costume was super cute, comfortable, and perfect for the park we shot photos at.
