Construction Details:

Made the coat, legwarmers, and arm..things... Modified shorts (ok, so I hemmed them. XD ), bought suspenders and shoes. Already had shirt, leggings, ribbon, and cummerbund (because my Rosette happened to have one lying around with no suit to go with it. No lie.). Wig was quickly cut and styled the night before (once again, I do not recommend this. It is not fun. At all.), so hopefully I'll give myself time to do a better job before I wear it again. But pretty satisfied for now. Also, first time wearing contacts!!! Kinda weird...but not too bad.
