Construction Details:

This was a mix of two full body suits, a white one and a red one which I hacked into pieces before placing back together, except for the front red piece, I had to remake that part since it had the straps, which I doubled to make it look cleaner. The boots which I made are lined so it can stand on its own since Leila in the Manga had such boots. As for why I choose this version, I just enjoyed the Western look of the entire D series and the movie did no justice to Leila's character, whereas in the manga you really get to see how amazing of a woman she was. The bolero is my favourite part of the outfit since its so tiny and so cool~!!!X3. I love it~!
