Construction Details:

This costume is mostly leather. Real leather. The shirt and pants are cloth, and the boots are actually built out of custom-dyed faux suede, but the rest is ALL LEATHER. Chap suede, full hide, tooling hide, deerskin suede, and velvet pigskin. Metal parts are actually clay over wonderflex. The sword is paperclay over wood.
