Construction Details:

Ok, first off, Things I Got Right: the coat is my own overcoat. The shirt came from a thrift store years ago for a different, and less successful, costume. The "XIII" tatoo was drawn with eyeliner. I went with Train's outfit from the early episodes because i had the stuff to make it myself. Things I Got Wrong: Ok, so he didn't wear the bell with this costume, but i couldn't see a point in doing Train without his bell. I know the ribbon is supposed t be red, but i forgot so just bought black. The Hair: i bought some spiking glue from walgreens and tried to spike my hair. I failed miserably.
