Construction Details:
Modified the white shirt, but made everything that's blue, ie the collar, skirt, accents on sleeves, neck tie, and shirt insert. Already owned the socks and shoes. Cosplay based on the following: http://cdn.myanimelist.net/images/anime/6/22417l.jpg
