Construction Details:

MADE SUPER LAST MIN. But that's okay, cause when is that ever surprising with me. Took the sleeves off a little boy's shirt from wal-mart and added my own POOF-sleeves, made the tie and adjusted the fit of the skirt. And done. 8D

Personal Thoughts:

I LOVE ISABELLAAAAAAAAA TOT and I wanted to do her last chapter manga outfit but...ran out of time/money/got distracted by other things (IE Bayonetta, FFXIII, FFIX) and it got put off. But then I made a ghetto Isa costume anway. :D
