Construction Details:

I started watching "Doctor Who" back in 2006 when Sci-Fi started airing the new episodes. I was quickly sucked in, as were most of my friends. While at Otakon 2007, we agreed to do a group cosplay for 2008. I wanted to cosplay David Tennant's Doctor (10th) because I love his mannerisms, and my friends encouraged me to do it because they felt I could do him justice.

This is a bit of a cosplay cheat. After searching for the better part of a year for the right suit and long coat, I caved and ordered a tailored version from an online store. Needless to say, it was worth it. It is currently the most expensive among all my costumes.

The shoes are plain white Converse All-Stars, appropriately beaten and worn.

While the character doesn't always wear his glasses, I like to alternate between them and the 3-D glasses so that the cosplay is more instantly recognizable.
