Construction Details:

Construction was a group effort! I can take most of the credit for the jacket, obi, and all the painting at least. :D We gathered ruffles FOREVER.
Altering the pattern to fit my, ahem, bust causes some problems in fitting but hopefully that will be fixed by the next time it's worn. Need to add a petticoat underneath, too.

Personal Thoughts:

I love being Haruka and this costume is super cute, at least when it's adjusted correctly~
