Construction Details:

Bought Scouter (it's a walkie-talkie one)

Made wig by gluing together a ton of wefts cuz I didn't wanna buy a new one lol it was so heavy. Used my old labcoat from the previous year and hemmed it up. Tube top and socks were basically just tubes of knit. Found the white shoes, put in yellow biastape for the shoelaces. Had a 'capsule' pen I used as a prop too. done.
