Construction Details:

We did a YATTA spoof at AFO 4, and we thought it would be funny to have the penguin. So I got it. =^.^=v

Personal Thoughts:

I did it a little different than most PenPen cosplayers by using a leotard as a base. The skirt is a piece of black seambinding with feathers hand sewn on. The feet were annoying, too, especially after the rain. The Misato is my sister, the Rei is my friend, Jacqui, the Asuka is my friend, Jenna, and the Shinji is Jacqui's brother.
