Construction Details:

Materials:
1 headband
1 sheet of black craftfoam (2mm)
1 sheet of black craftfoam (6mm)
1 highlighter yellow divider
1 piece of 12 gauge wire (leftovers from my Michael/Reyson wings)
1 pack of 20 gauge jewelry wire
1 pack of yellow glass beads
1 Hannah Montana party favor
2 small paper mache round boxes


So basically, I found these perfect circle boxes at Michaels in the woodworking aisle and chopped them to bits using an exacto knife. I poked holes into the sides so I could insert the headband, beaded string, wings, and wire. The whole thing is held together with superglue and hot glue. The Hannah Montana party favor I mentioned is actually the microphone piece that I found at walmart and was originally one of those fake plastic headsets. The 6mm craftfoam was used as a cushion between my ears and all the stuff that I hot glued to the inside of the boxes. The white design was painted on with a toothpick.
