Oh the fun we had in this outfit <3 I made a two piece "corset", I use this term lightly because its definitely not one but I don't know what other catagory to put the top into. The top was made with a clearance prom fabric that I reinforced with interfacing. I had a small panel in the back and I used gromits to tie the front and back together. I put a hole in the back to insert the pony tail into. Skirt is a crap load of crinoline with a rubber band and glued on shamrocks.
