Personal Thoughts:

I've always adored Arwen and her gowns are gorgeous. I toyed with the idea of making myself one for D*C but ran out of time. So Kairi stepped in and whipped this one up for herself, and so I could wear it while she wore her Galadriel Eowyn costume.
