When I first saw America's CD cover I really liked his outfit. So I decided to make it. I made the Who is Your HERO shirt? and I altered a few other things in the outfit. I'm really pleased on how his shirt came out. And I improvised his scarf. I figured alot of the other characters have scarfs why can't Alfred? x3
