I made this cosplay with the help from my friend on the wig, bracelets, and necklace, everything else is made by me. I wore this cosplay to Anime Los Angeles 09 in January and meet a bunch of Tutu cosplayers, all of who are friends with me today. These pictures are old, and I remade the outfit, which I will have new pics for soon~
