Thought this would be easier than it was - because I expected to be able to use JoAnn's premade ruffles. But of course I was too picky and all 3 of the white ruffles didn't match my fancy, so I made them from scratch. Fun? Not really. But at least I'm happy. The wig was so much fun to styyyyyle. Teddie's hair is so weird. xD Rose made from ribbon. The lovely time-consuming method.
