Construction Details:

A couple of my friends already had a hyotei outfit, but i had little funds and decided to make one myself...luckily, i snagged a thin blue jersey material that matched my friends' outfits perfectly, so I just used thinner jersey material and backed it with flannel...O: fake sweatshirt material, lol and many hearts for kato kazuki!! waaaaah~
