Construction Details:

I made the bow from red corduroy (which was Cepia's very clever idea), then wrapped and glued the fabric around the head band and glued/sewed the bow on top. The dress came out nicely, it didn't take long to make and I really love the color of it! I bought the broom from a costume shop... Wish it was larger looking though. I even went out of my way to wrap my chest down so I could look more childish. ..Not sure it helped though lol If anyone can give me some good wrapping tips that'd be great! So just so you know this outfit is NOT yet finished. I need to buy the proper red shoes and finish making the orange bag later on.
