Construction Details:

Costume completely made by me! Also made my gf's Sailor Uranus costume! I love this pairing and it was really fun to make! Both costumes were fully sewn by me. The jewelry was made by model magic by Ashley. I altered a pattern for the leotard which is made of lycra. It is doubled from the top half to under the chest to depict the line. The sleeves sandwich a few layers of batting and the lines were sewn on top tight enough to blend the stitches. The glove tops were made the same way. I made my own pattern for the collar and bows and also for the circle skirt. The skirt was attached between the bottom and top half of the leotard as well as the tube which was stuffed with polyfill. The colored parts of this outfit are spandex. Also Neptune's shoes were painted and the ribbon added. Uranus' boots are homemade boot covers.

Personal Thoughts:

I really love Michiru and Haruka'a relationship and was really happy to be able to cosplay the couple with my gf.
