Construction Details:

last-minute for Katsucon 2009 since I didn't have the time to complete Naoto's regular uniform. It was a pretty half-hearted attempt, haha. the tie is horrible, I made it myself, lol, and the shirt was a dress shirt about a billion sizes too big for me that I put darts in to try and make more my size. As I said, pretty sloppy and last minute, ahaha. I put a lot of work into getting my hat accurate, at least!
