Construction Details:

Wheeeew. This thing was made in 2 1/2 weeks. Somehow. All of the armor pieces were made from craft foam that was sealed and then spray painted. The detailing was cut out and glued to the larger pieces. It was also the first time I've casted gems. For the fabric, I chose a baby silk, and there's about 15 yards of it. Plus, an under shirt made of cotton sateen. The designs on the fabric were hand painted on.

Personal Thoughts:

This is one of those costumes that nobody recognized, but still was absurdly awesome to wear! I'd love to wear this again, just...well...it's a bit difficult to put on with all of the layers. XD
