Construction Details:

The top is made out of a light blue cornflower casa satin and is fully lined and boned. The star on the front is hand painted on with gold fabric paint. The main skirting is made of the same blue casa as the top, while the over skirting is made from a posh lining and is trimmed in a small white lace.
