Personal Thoughts:

Allie got Suikoden III for Christmas, and I had heard it had a fantastic intro anime... so I was instantly interested in the game. It wasn't long before I was playing it myself and became totally addicted! Henry came up with the idea of cosplaying them. At the time the cosplay potential for these characters (surprisingly) hadn't entered my mind. But once Henry planted the seed the idea took hold and I decided to make Queen right then and there. I was so enthusiastic, I actually went out the next day and bought all the fabric and materials for making the costume. The day after that, America went to war with Iraq, and I sat at the kitchen counter, painting my boots for this costume and watching the 24 hour news... It's strange to have that association, but this costume will always remind me of that moment in time.
