Construction Details:

I have wanted to make some Muppet costumes for a while. Since I am running out of Anime related costumes that suit my girth and can still fit within the new Airline luggage restrictions, now seemed to be the time to start. Sam's head and feet are foam. His jacket is faux suede. His pants and jacket are funny since they had to be scaled to muppet proportions. As you can see, Sams waist/belt is down around about where my knees are. XD

Personal Thoughts:

He's a devil to see out of, and his big feet make walking from place to place a bit akward, but he's a whole lot of fun. Sam: "You're all a bunch of WIERDOS!"
