Construction Details:

So I decided to cram the sword out for a photoshoot this weekend. I first cut out the base shape of the sword in hard paper, than I dump some resin on it to re-enforce it. After it cure I hot glue cardboard on, trim, and lastly wrap around with chrome paper.

Personal Thoughts:

If I didn't need this in 2 day I did coat it with bondo. But for photo purpose it'll do fine.
