Construction Details:

I basically made this costume twice lol. I re-made my wings, hat, top, and skirt after not getting to wear it at Katsucon like I planned (ugh I somehow left the top at home). Decided to take the time till the next convention to try to make it better. Still wasn't thrilled with the top came out but I was very happy with how this outfit came out as a whole.
