Made over the course of a couple of years (because I'm slow >_<), but started for a class at school. Mr. Pointy (as my sword is more affectionately known) is made of plywood, insulation foam, cheese cloth, wood glue. paper clay, and 6 2" metal washers. And he's awesome. ^_^
