Personal Thoughts:

I actually completed the default costume before this one, and I was basically sitting and drafting the military uniform to give directions to Hoshikaji and was simultaneously working on Kitsy's Riza. After all was said and done I found out that I had extra blue lying around. So I made the funeral jacket in a day. It'd pretty easy after you made 2 other ones.
