Tsubokura Rin was a fan character created for the "Morita-kun no Ichigo Isshou" segments on the Japanese site Bleach-Fan. Kubo Tite enjoyed his character so much that he was made canon, first appearing in chapter 190. He has since appeared in the anime also, having his own filler episode with Hanatarou and Yumichika, as well as appearing in the movie Memories of Nobody. He's a member of 12th division (hence the lab coat), and has a really fun hairstyle. He also has a predilection for candy and sweets. The costume's rather simple, the lab coat over a normal pair of shihakoushou. The hair style was the most difficult part, and even that wasn't so bad--just a lot of product.
