Construction Details:

The biggest project I've taken on in cosplay so far. This is based on the anime version of the "Ranma and Juliet" episode. I need to get fiber to do the false pony-fall for the hat, which is also in progress. The dress is mostly velvet, with faux silk for the puffs on the sleeves and the panel on the bodice, and organdy for the ruffle in front.
