Construction Details:

Made with .060 polyethelyne Plas-tex. This was my first real attempt at making armor. The sword is made out of a cardboard base, wrapped in duct tape and then fiberglassed. The shards are plastic which I poured, tinted, and shattered, then glued to the body. the armor is held together by rivets and fully articulates (though I can't scratch my nose!) The gauntlets are made from sheet metal cut and bent into appropriate shape.
