They have to go to the academy sometime, well except Zaraki Kenpachi, and Hitsugaya advanced the fastest in the academy giving him the nickname Child Prodigy, so had to make this outfit. It was my first experience making a pair of Hakama’s, in my captain’s outfit it was totally just a huge pair of pants instead of Hakama’s and this first pair turned out awesomes! Worn first at Jacon 2006 and once again at Jacon 2007 to go along with Dee’s academy outfit.
